   I recommend that the School Board approve June Hunt’s suspension without pay for five (5) workdays on March 29, 2007, March 30, 2007, and April 10, 2007 through April 12, 2007.	-	PASS
   Minutes: On or about October 26, 2006, June Hunt became the subject of a Professional Standards investigation based upon the allegation that you engaged in unprofessional or unethical conduct, inappropriate behavior and unnecessary physical force on a student in violation of the following: The Code of Ethics and the Principles of Professional Conduct of the Education Profession in Florida and The School District of Palm Beach County, School Board Policies 1.013 and 3.27.

   I recommend that the School Board approve James Leary’s suspension without pay for three (3) workdays on March 29, 2007, March 30, 2007 and April 10, 2007.	-	PASS
   Minutes: On or about November 22, 2005, you became the subject of a Professional Standards investigation based upon the allegation that you exerted unnecessary physical force on a student by grabbing a student’s arm in an attempt to snatch a piece of paper from the student. Furthermore, your unnecessary physical force injured the student’s arm causing redness and discomfort to the student in violation of the following: The Code of Ethics and the Principles of Professional Conduct of the Education Profession in Florida and The School District of Palm Beach County, School Board Policies 1.013 and 3.27.
